Bariatric Recipe of the Day: Buddha Bowl with Chicken

Keeping it simple, this Buddha bowl is satisfying and quick.

I like to reserve my free time these days for running and being more active. And to drink water! Ha ha ha. If you don’t get the water joke you’re probably not a bariatric patient.

Anyways, back to this delicious and easy plate. All you need is as follows:

2 oz Chicken (shredded and ideally from left overs 😉

1/4 cup Sliced Cucumber

1/4 cup Green Beans cut lengthwise or whole, your choice

Salt and pepper to taste.
