Review of the REBBL Protein Drinks

This review is not sponsored

Hello friends!

So I recently discovered REBBL brand high protein drinks. These drinks are low in carbs, high in protein, and also low in sugars.

My preference for these shakes stems from a desire to find alternative, plant-based, protein drinks since lactose, whey, casein, and most dairy based products are no longer my friends. Since my fibromyalgia diagnosis, I’ve been adjusting to living with the many (many) challenges of this condition, IBS being a predominant and bothersome symptom for me.

In my transition to a mostly pescatarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free diet, a coworker recommended these drinks and upon further investigation, I decided they’re a good option for me both as a fibro and a bariatric patient.

  • Not low carbs

Have you tried these drinks? What did you think?

Will you purchase again, or bypass altogether?
